What you’ll do
- Develop and update training documentation supporting pilot rating progression.
- Organise content to make it clear, consistent and easy to follow.
- Review existing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain operational accuracy and alignment with SKIES2 and VATSIM training standards.
- Incorporate feedback and keep documentation up to date.
What we’re looking for
- Motivation to develop and improve aviation training materials.
- Experience in formalising and structuring documentation is an advantage.
- Clear written communication in Spanish, English, or both.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to presenting information.
- Willingness to receive feedback, revise content and collaborate with the team.
- Reliable availability and long-term commitment.
- No specific VATSIM pilot rating is required.
